已经第三次住！一如既往的好！方便。地铁站都只是约500米的奥海城大型购物商场下面，真心不远又方便！这次提早订还四佰多就可以了！真划算。这次还发现对面的横街原来有很多不同类型的食店。太好了。适合我这类吃货。

来香港住的算很不错的酒店了，性价比超级高，再看尖沙咀的放假实在太高的，其实住着很方便，巴士地铁都有，出行没问题的

这订单我买了取消险，6月30日被告知7月3、4日要参加一个重要会议及培训学习，导致无法入住，当日我致电同程说无法入住要理赔，同程叫我联系保险公司江苏人保，人保又说是同程处理的，又打到同程，同程说与他们无关，是保险公司理赔的，再打到保险公司，客服发个电话叫我联系那边，打电话过去，是一个旅游公司，与保险无关，再打江苏人保，客服说已帮我登记，会有专人联系我，等到7月3日还是没人联系我，再打江苏人保，他们就发来一个联系电话和邮箱，叫我联系客服，打过去，没人接，我就直接把所需资料发到该邮箱，为确认真伪，我又打江苏人保电话，他们说邮箱和电话都是正确的，是公司的客服人员，叫我提交资料到邮箱便可。然后一直等到7月17日，还是没有消息，又打电话到江苏人保，他们又发来一个邮件叫我提交资料，提交后又说资料要加盖公章，那理赔条款里面根本就没说要加公章啊，况且政府部门，不是说你要盖公章就可以盖的，反正就是故意刁难，折腾来折腾去，至今还是没有理赔，好吧，就当买个教训，反正我以后就不会再在同程网上买任何产品，绝不再来，最后给个狠狠的、大大的差评！！！
