定错日期，没住进去，也不能改不能退，想住的大陆旅客麻烦都看清楚日期，但是！！！！！！这个酒店我要吐槽一下，服务态度很差，不知道因为什么，接了我的电话9秒就挂了，我不知道是不是我没有用粤语或英语的关系，打了三个电话都是这样，话都没说完就挂了，这样比起来大陆的服务水平还是不错的。我真的希望挂我电话的原因仅仅是因为太忙了！！很感谢艺龙的服务人员，很负责任，虽然最终没有改过退，谢谢

服务态度非常差，打电话过去说担保金还没有退回来给我，稍等一下又挂了，两次都是这样，然后担保金说三天回退回来的，现在第四天了也没退，我想说这是什么鬼酒店阿。

位置比较远，荃湾地铁站出来坐接驳巴士要走好远，一路都是弯道司机全然不顾车上人感受加足马力跑，把车上人甩的左摇右晃，耐力差点肯定要晕车。登机房间要排队，当时有个旅行团也在入住，前台服务有一个个头不高微胖眼角有点疤痕的男子态度极差，一副看不起人的吊样自以为自己多牛逼，房间给开错了还让你去后面再排队，给他凶起来他才老实点，。房间内部比较小，卫生和环境整体还是不错很干净，就是两点，位置远很不方便，楼下附近连便利店都没有，服务态度差，对国内来的人看你都是白眼来着！

夜景可以，如果是坐飛機的話是可以在這住上一晚，還有免費手機借用外出，蠻好的，只是距離深圳比較遠。。

出差路过香港，需要呆一晚上。有一次住的青衣附近的酒店（青逸酒店），房价七百多跟内地50块的水平差不多，房间小，设施差，还不提供网络。让我一度打算下次直接睡机场算了。
这次住的帝景酒店，给了很大的惊喜，设施齐全，安静，提供无线网。以后路过肯定还会选择。
