非常满意的一次入住，没有出现大家反应的空调声音大（可能是店家已经解决），床品也很舒适，最满意的是水压大，洗澡特别舒服。随入住配置的handy手机也非常好用，可做wifi也可打电话，大赞特赞。电梯需要刷卡，保障了安全性。酒店离港铁天后站A2出口步行约5分钟，不能说不方便，另外下楼步行3分钟即到维多利亚公园，穿过维园就到铜锣湾繁华商业区，可谓闹中取静，附近有华姐等众多品质不错的大排档解决温饱问题，当然好吃还不贵。如果一定要指出一个问题，那就是前台工作人员服务有点过于标准化，当然，这也有可能是酒店统一的要求，不能太强求。总的来说，是很不错的酒店，但是，对于一家三口来说，可能会有点挤，不知酒店能否加床。

枕头非常不舒服，空调声音太大。没让客人选两人床或单人床就自己自作主张安排单人床（这样会影响睡眠），当要换床的时候被告知没双人床了。冼手间的冼发露，护发素，沐浴露最好能有中文标签（方便不懂英文人士使用）。地毯式地板不是很干净。

很干净，房间设施也很新！价格不贵，位置也特别好，乘坐地铁到天后站，从A2出口出来，走路5分钟抵达酒店。很方便！前台美女的服务态度也特别好！以后还会来入住！！

厕所很臭尿味 床太小了 ，好在旁边有清风小吃街 晚上很旺呢 总体来说 性价比一般般 价格不便宜！
