吓死人了！大半晚上房间会突然闪光灯拍照一样突然亮一下！！不止一次！就感觉像有人躲在空调出风口拿着相机开着闪光灯一样在拍照！！我几次快睡着了被吓醒！！
另外，空调！！才开一档风速！声音大的要死！嗡嗡嗡的！搞的我整晚都没睡好！
房间又小很闷很压抑 登记入住的时候还跟我说没房 要等半小时 反正不会再入住了

这个酒店是我住过的服务最差的酒店，看到我们是已经付过房费的，强制收取我们的加床费，不加不让住，完全是霸王条款，带着小孩时间又晚，只能妥协加钱，关键携程酒店说明里面并没有写清楚这些条款，给我们的感觉就是歧视加刁难，不会再住，也不会再去香港！

先说最基本的服务态度，完全和国内没法比，前台说话不带您字，请字，态度生硬，没有笑容。办理入住手续速度太慢，吃个早饭还要登记，并且工作人员在电话完全不顾客人在等着她打完电话才能登记，在国内完全不可能发生这种事情。吃早饭想要一小罐黄油，问服务生说等一下，等老半天没结果也没有送到我手上。退房那天，预授权会返回信用卡，我就多问一句，前台就用很生硬的态度说：对啊，你看这张退单啊。这就是香港的服务业，差差差，印象非常差。酒店除了出行方便外，没有任何优势。

房间里空调控制器无法调节风机风量大小，夜里睡觉在拖拉机声中，能休息好吗？报修过，也没见到维修工来修好。2晚住宿真是受罪啊！
