带孩子不适合住，因为房间和床都太小了，住起来太挤，晚上睡不好，早餐还可以，但是小朋友要加钱，108港币，其实小朋友吃不了多少。卫生不好，孩子睡了一晚，浑身起疹子……吃早餐好多杯子都是脏的……

很不开心的一次经历，办理入住的过程中三个前台服务态度都奇差，第一次去香港，不太知道怎么办理入住，前台和大堂都没人进行指导和帮助，明明十几二十分钟就可以办理好的事情，前台让我一次次排队硬生生花了两个小时，不是在这位前台这办理的业务她不提前告知，让我硬生生是排到之后才说不是他这办，总之是很让人伤心的和失望的一次经历，房间设施和和卫生也一般，生气！再也不会去了！

酒店服务还是比较周到，但是酒店地毯，床铺，床头软包都感觉比较脏，宝宝住了几天身上涨了三处红点点
