最差的体验，没有之一，前台的嘴脸简直了，根本不理你，艺龙也是搞笑，根本不能及时处理订单不能入住问题。我们在前台像个傻子一样的等着，没有人管你...艺龙说海外酒店没有线上客服，必须打电话跟她们反应，不然要等12小时，所以大家要用艺龙的时候一定要想清楚，尤其在境外电话一定要随时准备打给艺龙客服处理问题，上次在北京也是这样的，还好北京酒店客服很好，直接让我们先入住。这个酒店更可怕的是我入住的第二天晚上有个男人刷卡进来了，吓死我们了，我们是两个女孩子，后来我们去前台要说法，直接说前台搞错名字了，不好意思，给我们延期两个小时，我真是惊呆了！

位置还是不错，就是酒店的设施不行，走廊还可以，还以为房间还挺好的，结果……房间一进去就知道是居民楼改造的，壁纸都掉了，五一就四千多RMB非常不值这个价

酒店环境不错，房间很大，吃饭逛街方便，无意中发现了山林道有一家叫BV Kitchen 的西餐厅特别好。晚上还有驻唱歌手，最主要是好吃好吃好吃😆连续吃了两个晚上
