硬件设施差，不符合四星级标准。橱门变形，中央空调温度定得太高。房间内部整体装修残旧，卫生间下水非常缓慢，淋浴房密封门失效，以致淋浴时水漫金山。前台服务人员态度还不错，早餐有米粉等种类还可以。

环境还可以，算是怀化最好的酒店了，酒店四周比较繁华，而且房间里面有电脑，上网比较方便，这个可以赞一下！但是酒店靠路边，比较吵，而且服务人员不太热情，面无表情。早餐虽然是自助餐，样式少而且味道很一般！
