我的天，居然没有空调，说是有的客人投诉空调太冷，于是不开空调。房间整晚都是29度，没办法睡觉，说是提供风扇吹。开着窗户就能冷，可是窗户开了特别吵。第一次住五星酒店提供风扇降温的。哎，真无语。

从情侣房转过来的，普通房的空间很小刚好够过人，但洗漱间的空间大小都还不错，其实硬件设施在怀化来说确实算不错的了，但是服务有待提高，退房时间太久，还碰到别的客户在前台投诉多扣钱

位置在体育中心还不错离高铁站不远，国庆只有情侣房了睡了下圆床还是不习惯，洗漱间不错有五星的硬件，但是酒店的服务是真的有待改进，前台很慢遇到问题应变能力差，楼下的停车场过车杆还把车顶刮了
