酒店是新开的，环境还可以。蛮漂亮的，订了六间房，其他的都好，就是前台的办事效率真的有待提高，半个入住等半个小时，退房也是。都有点发火了。希望酒店能提高一下。

酒店无论是地址位置还是酒店的设施都是相当的不错，特别是前台李红梅服务态度非常好，给个赞
我在退房当日，由于身份证遗留在前台，我人已经在高铁站，没办法乘坐高铁，在高铁开车前10分钟，酒店礼宾部的姓杨的员工给我送来的身份证，以至于没有误了高铁，非常感谢这种为宾客提供服务的态度，谢谢半岛洲际酒店的员工。
