非常好的酒店，免费租借自行车，前台服务非常好，主动热心介绍花莲好吃好玩的地方，离店时把移动电源落在酒店了，主动联系我帮我保留，特别好的酒店，可惜了，希望大家都能够平平安安的！

17年底去的，前台和服务人员态度很好，很热心。一直拖着没写评论，没想到花莲地址民宿就这么没了…好可惜。希望民宿的所有工作人员都安全无恙，希望里面被困的游客也都安全。

前台小男孩温柔可爱，声音甜美，详细为我们介绍周边景点，上下出租车和进出大门时都会帮忙开门和寒暄，可爱的服务态度是最令我喜欢的。这里是我们在台湾这么多天住的唯一不冷的房间，大厅提供的咖啡和茶也很好喝。

超级棒！酒店很干净舒适。真的很漂亮，很有设计感。早餐是现场做的，每人一份，营养搭配的很好，也很好吃。不够随时加。大堂里的咖啡机24小时工作。据说咖啡豆是老板特别挑选的。最棒的是饭店的服务员特别友善热情。一到店就详细介绍了花莲吃的，玩的地方，在地图上都帮我们标注了。箱子帮我们搬上搬下楼。特别愉快的入住体验。强烈推荐！我住的四人间，带孩子住很舒适。原本担心酒店离市中心远。后来发现花莲很小，走20分钟就到东大夜市了，中间会经过最热闹的金三角。
