贴心服务，早餐用心，店员非常热心，我很满意。
刚到的时候，一对帅哥美女店员热心周到的办理入助服务，还免费讲解了旅游景点，大厅提供免费咖啡茶水
我和朋友要去太鲁阁，本来打算坐公交去，在店员帮助下进行了拼车自助，体验不错，不枉此行！

来花莲旅游，挑选了很多酒店，终于选中了漂亮，因为我们是晚上10钟到的花莲，前台是24h的，小哥人很热情，房间设施也不错，距离花莲火车站步行10分钟，推荐大家入住！

花莲不大，酒店位置还是很便利的，叫车方便。前台的两位小哥超级温柔，一进酒店就问我们是不是第一次来花莲，并向我们介绍了花莲的各种吃喝玩乐，还主动接过我们手上还没来得及丢掉的垃圾，态度非常好。有任何问题找他们都很负责的帮解决。客房环境还不错，就是没乘客电梯，不过万幸有行李电梯，不用把行李提上楼。早餐很好吃，去吃早餐的时候已经快到截止供应时间了，老板娘立马为我们准备了早餐。另外酒店外有一个小露台，还有南瓜车，晚上很美丽！真的是“漂亮”生活会馆～
