感觉还可以，因小孩按了勿打扰开关，走时忘记关了，服务员没打扫房间，不过给我留一纸条如有需要房间整理打电话给她，住过那么多酒店还没有这样提醒的，没打扫就不管了，有朋友来我会推荐到这住的。

酒店服務還過的去，就是藝龍網很瞎包，自己另外把我的名字到過來用拼音去其他網站訂購，害的酒店服務人員找不到我名字，至少等待半小時，很貼心的送了下午差點！

花莲翰品酒店预订时没有太多想法，入住后惊喜连连，酒店设施非常新，服务非常好，特别是礼宾部的小伙子非常周到、热情。首先是去火车站接站的小伙子，待人接物的礼仪非常周到，细心；其次是帮我们租酒店自行车的服务生，很贴心，对酒店的设施也很了解，所以能为客人提供符合客人所需的服务。酒店的海鲜自助餐相当棒，虽然稍稍贵了一点点。从酒店骑自行车到七星潭的沿途风景美丽到爆，天堂的美景可能也就这样吧，酒店距离城区中心步行稍远，但花莲不大，自行车或出租都很便捷。

服务态度非常好，特别是门口的服务生帮忙订车什么的很方便，房间wifi一开始有问题，也是尽力帮助解决。几米主题房间很可爱，不过房间略小。酒店位置较偏僻，出门基本靠打的，不过离七星潭挺近的。总的来说值得推荐。

酒店位置一般，但是花莲也不大，算方便。
酒店服务完全赞，非常客气，热情，各种欢迎仪式。
自助餐非常好，据说是花莲最好的自助海鲜，服务也好，价格了不贵。晚上还送饮品券。适合度假。离海边很近。
