住了两天，预订入住都非常顺利。由于酒店是三点办理入住，早点可以寄存行李，然后出去游玩。
住宿的过程体验非常棒，全程感受到酒店的贴心服务。

房间整洁干净，服务周到热情，位置稍偏，不过自驾可以接受，家庭房空间比预想的要小，带两个孩子住拥挤了些，但床住2人无问题，且床很舒服。

非常好的酒店，干净而贴心，算不上豪华，但各项设施也都方便贴心。入住的第二个晚上赶上高雄大地震，房间的晃动很厉害，给前台去电话，反应很淡定，让我们踏实不少。各个网上的照片比较模糊，实际看上去比网上好。到各处比较方便，推荐！

离闹市区有些距离，但酒店对面就有7-11
服务非常好
客房设施不如新开的酒店，楼层较低，卫生间没有独立淋浴
游泳池不错
附送的饮料券可以在晚上9点30以后一楼餐厅使用，有歌手现场演唱，感觉还不错

酒店周围很安静,位置不是闹市区.酒店服务很好!带孩子去,孩子发现有儿童中心,想去玩.但酒店人员说是通过携程定的,没有免费卡.我们也同意支付费用.但最后退房时没有另加费用,赞一个.虽说即便支付费用也没多少,但酒店的举措很人性,觉得心里暖暖的.酒店自助餐我们没有吃,但二楼的中餐厅,晚餐也不错.价格也便宜.下回要去花莲的话,还会选择翰品.
