到了花莲才知道这里没有公交车，出行基本靠走路和打的士。酒店外观、服务和早餐都不错，不过房间基本设施都有些陈旧，隔音效果一般。酒店有到东大门夜市和火车站的免费接驳车，定点发车很方便。另外还可以帮客人预订包车出游，价格合理。

海景房很好，正东，在房间里面看太平洋日出。
酒店服务不错，每半点有车在花莲站接驳，可提前预约，夜市也有定点接驳。
早餐也很美味

酒店乾淨整齊，設備齊全高檔。家庭4人房空間寬敞，房間海景很棒。有健身房與泳池..餐點好吃，服務人員很熱心，很貼心超棒！！下次一定會再去住的飯店。
