台湾第二站，酒店外观很好，很气派，服务员十分客气，服务态度好，又介绍酒店环境，主动介绍酒店班车，又帮忙我们拿行李，好好好，以后一定还要住这里!

附近沒有什麼店家，夜晚很安靜，出入如果自己有租車很方便離市區約10分鐘車程。
酒店每天都有固定時間舉辦活動，可以報參加。

訂了兩晚，早餐兩天內容差不多，父母喜歡吃切仔麵和切仔米粉，連吃兩天。
地下一樓有兒童遊戲室和交誼廳，桌遊活動和某些遊戲是免費的，另有KTV包廂可租用。

床鋪舒適軟硬適中，每一位工作人員服務都很好，我們坐在大廳閒聊等人時，很熱情主動的拿花蓮地圖給我們，介紹附近可以遊玩的地方。要退房離開當天，氣溫變化並下雨了，很主動關心噓寒問暖及撐傘，服務真的做得很棒。有點小缺點是隔音不太好，門關上是聽不見走道上的聲音，卻會聽到隔壁房的打呼聲。
