非常非常漂亮！很适合带孩子来，价格也不贵，酒店面积很大，节目也非常多，有一次免费的乘船游览，还有歌舞表演。

第二次入住了。只是因为这个度假村又大孩子玩的又多。花莲太村了，真心没啥夏天30多度高温适合孩子玩的。这个酒店可以打发大半天时间。只是吃的太难吃！周边什么都没有的条件下真心希望酒店的餐饮可以用心一点。其他没得挑，服务态度很好，房间很干净（室外小黑蚊很多，注意防蚊）。

非常糟糕的經驗，房間充滿霉味，早餐自助麵包區爬滿果蠅，和飯店反映後無任何回應，這價位和星級花蓮有其他更好的渡假村可以選擇！

飯店造晶優美，充滿南歐風情，有運河，總共有三個泳池大島、中島、小島，中島泳池最大、大島造景最美、小島太小了，可惜餐飲部分普通不值得期待，這麼大的飯店飲食真的該好好加強，如有帶小孩，遊戲室則是設備老舊、很多玩具都壞了，設備維修上還要多多加油。
暑假人多什麼都要等待，房價又高，建議避開暑假期間。

住的房间对着湖面，能看到酒店的游船游览。装修有点旧了，房子够宽敞。去了酒店的池塘钓鱼，门童说可以钓到鱼拿走。实际上不是，，
