酒店环境优美，树木、鲜花、水系丰富，很适合带小朋友去，晚上的文艺表演有特色，够热闹。服务人员特别友善。不足的是游泳池的水温太凉，泳池中没有加温设备，游泳后回房间的距离较远，走路有点冷

1.泳池無溫水，房內介紹圖表上標示有溫水，10月天氣太冷，小孩無法下水。
2.活動變少了，幾年前去有動物，晚上有活動，這次晚上真的沒什麼活動。
3.白天空氣很好，風景很美，很悠閒。
4.東西遺漏了，很訝異飯店居然沒有主動通知，但，去電詢問，飯店有保存失物。

從開始訂房到完整的服務過程都非常的用心。晚餐的餐廳美食也好吃，環境設施美景，都像在國外度假一樣，置身於歐洲絕美景色，希望大家都能來玩。

飯店人員很友善也很熱情，提供許多的設施與娛樂選擇，遊湖建議早上搭乘比較不用等待~夜間的表演要早點去才能有好位置觀看
