酒店外形很有特色，位置也特别好，就在遗爱湖湖畔，旁边还有黄梅戏大剧院，风景优美，从房间的窗户看去，湖光山色一览无余。酒店大堂和楼道等公用区域装修豪华，房间也很大气，住起来有休闲度假的感觉。房间除了干净，整洁，面积大以外，功能分区也很全面，衣帽间，淋浴间甚至马桶都单独隔开，装修的也很现代化，非常赞。酒店的软环境也特别好，看得出其在管理上的用心程度。比如，不论是迎宾，前台，还是保洁阿姨，都面带微笑，礼貌热情，递交东西都双手奉上，确实训练有素且亲切，专业。入住酒店送了果盘，还可以凭房卡游泳，觉得酒店特别贴心，把住客的体验看得特别重要。
