这次入住纽宾凯瓦尔登酒店的经历真的让人心寒!!!第一:离开酒店的头一晚下大雨淋湿了衣服到中午退房时间还未干(主要是内衣裤有点潮湿想吹干点),就跟酒店服务员协商最多耽误半个小时吹干后离开,她们都挺理解的就说要跟领导反应,过会一自称经理的女性打电话通知我酒店有规定超过一分钟都不行要不马上离开房间或者交半天房费,听到酒店方的通知后无奈只能交半天房费啦…… 作为服务行业的领导这样对待消费者真的是让人心寒!!!希望有关部门监督的同时本人还反应个情况:本人入住酒店两天是通过艺龙网络提前付款预定,第一天是高级大床房(房价355),第二天是豪华大床(房价418),事实是我两天住的就是同一间房——高级大床房。请问这种行为是不是欺骗消费者?
