  环境：在黄山市区的山里，算是闹中取静。酒店区域很大，还有草坪、钓鱼台，非常适合staycation 设施：里面实际上有两类酒店，香榧谷和松栖谷，本次预订的香榧谷是叠墅，面积很大，带客厅、厨房、露台，主卧还有浴缸，整体装修更现代化，居住体验很好。 服务：为vx管家式服务，感谢小姚和小范的帮助，一直帮忙叫摆渡车和预订活动，响应速度很快～ 唯一美中不足的是早餐和下午茶品类太少，尤其是下午茶感觉相当敷衍，饮品只有茶，连咖啡和饮料都没有，点心只有2-3款，一款只摆6-8个，服务人员在那发呆甚至不知道补餐，我们一行4人拿了以后，后面来的一家人就没有什么选择了??????感觉餐饮方向不像是这个酒店的强项，亟待加强。

  A wonderful experience for my family. My parents enjoyed the scenery and tranquility of this resort. My daughters loved the equestrian. I enjoyed the hiking trip organised by the resort, and of course the warm service and nice food. 特别感谢前台小李 小范 小徐，帮助我们订票，规划行程；管家小梁，陪伴我们徒步，安排孩子们钓鱼；还有餐饮部方先生，深夜为我们送来可口的食物，服务都非常好。

  冬天去的，空调+地暖非常温暖，怕冷星人非常满意。服务很好，前台小姚和小范作为管家在入住后加微信，沟通非常及时。滑
