  乾净衞生，环境很好。服务态度非常好，晚上困山中联系前台接待对接保安大哥接我们到酒店，还暖心备了姜茶驱寒，小礼品垫肚子，太感谢值班安保经理了。十分好评！补充早餐也很丰盛哦！

  衞生服务很不错，门迎和前台工作人员都很热情很贴心，不过可能因为住客比较多，我们要的小童拖鞋和牙刷始终没有送来～ 酒店活动也蛮多的，晚上有变脸，小丑啥的，表演的都是酒店的工作人员，很厉害！

  在山顶上，瑟瑟发抖的寒风中，走进西海饭店，立刻感受到温暖。小李热情的接待了我们，给我们安排了预订好的房间，还赠送了烧饼，茶干，水果。 山顶物资匮乏的情况下，还提供了这些，确实很难得。住进房间，旅游的疲惫一下子就消散了。 正好赶上元旦，酒店还有元旦晚会表演欣赏。真是很值。 第二天早上起来看日出，也只有住在山上才有的福利了。已经第二次住西海了。

  酒店服务暖心，经理主动加微信，发天气预报，日出日落时间、推荐最佳观赏点；前台服务员出入都会打招呼，好像邻居一样?。房间暖气很足，乾净。重点点赞自助餐，性价比很高，好吃不贵??。另外酒店环境不错，好多景色宜人的地方。

  酒店离西海大峡谷很近，观看日出日落都有提酲。日落的话，丹霞峯很近。日出因季节关系要去始信峯，有点远。本次房间超出预期，有烘乾设施以及非遗表演可看，特别赞。这几天山上下雪，房间内可观雪。早餐也很棒，服务不错。总体非常OK
