前台很热情，还给了旅小册子，大堂有好喝的酸梅汤供应，离新安江很近，晚上的夜景很美，还有很多儿童游玩的设施，卫生环境很好，周围吃饭地方多，走路20分钟的地方式商业中心和步行街，大润发超市，就是空调不能自己控制，到了晚上有点给的太足了，其他都很好

酒店房间有点小，早餐可以，其他也不错。但是艺龙的服务太差了，在携程上订的需要在前台开发票。携程当时也给协调了，而且还是290多的特惠房，这次在艺龙没有定特惠房，定了349的高级双床房，但是不给协调在前台开发票，害得自己出35块钱在前台开发票。直接卸载。
