前台小易小汪服务很好，酒店不是很大，总体来说是应有尽有，对面有家超市和水果店，出行也比较便利，门口打车去了老街，起步价大约5到8分钟就到了，附近还有当地大众点评评分很高的土菜馆。房间感觉物超所值，典型的精品酒店，冰箱里的饮料是免费的，满分！早餐也不错，东西都很新鲜好吃，豆浆还是现磨的，真是很意外

酒店真不错，干净卫生，床也很舒服，位置就在新安江边，从窗户能看到江景，沿江边步行半小时即到去著名的老街，唯一不足是节假日价格太高，性价比差，平时应该是很好的选择。

很不满意，住他们家估计接近20次左右了，这是第一次点评！平时定的都是有浴缸的！这次定的没有带浴缸！其实差价就十几块钱！进去以后发觉房间太小然后和前台沟通需要升级带浴缸的，前台告知需要100的升级费用！我当时就无语了，赚钱不是你这个挣法！你活抢啊？网上十几块差价你要收我一百！还有房间里都有冷藏小冰箱！我打开以后想放点蛋糕！可是一点点冷气都没有！我就打电话问前台怎么回事！她告诉我每个房间都一样，冰箱就是这样子没有冷藏！我想问没有冷藏你放这个在这里干什么？好看吗？这样子服务态度以后让客人在怎么安心入住？祝她家生意越来越好吧……
