连订两间房，一间我和老婆住，一间岳父岳母住，入住后从晚上10点半开始到第二天离店就没有热水供应了，酒店没有任何通知与解决方案！询问工作人员后，给予的回应也是态度消极，随便回答几句应付了事！房间内卫生较差，到处是虫子！使用携程订酒店以来这是最差的一次体验！！！

离黄山景区有点远，不过环境不错，设施很新，后面院子里还养了几头猪，儿子玩的开心死了，都不愿去黄山景区了

距离谭家桥高速入口仅五分钟车程，房间干净，前台服务好，餐饮待提升水准。

交通还算方便，周围无景点。如果只是路过住宿凑合一夜还行。酒店管理很差，走廊不开灯，入住客人少，荒凉，连卫生间用的纸都是最差的纸品。早餐更差、按人头配，无变化，无选择。酒店服务人员更不专业，入住不给刷卡，经交涉最终解决。临走时发票还开不了。另外补充一条，淋浴间无浴帘，下水不畅。
