交通还算方便，周围无景点。如果只是路过住宿凑合一夜还行。酒店管理很差，走廊不开灯，入住客人少，荒凉，连卫生间用的纸都是最差的纸品。早餐更差、按人头配，无变化，无选择。酒店服务人员更不专业，入住不给刷卡，经交涉最终解决。临走时发票还开不了。

房间设施很一般，隔音不好，早餐说是九点，八点四十五去了说到八点半就截止了，只有位置还可以的优点了…结账的时候前台忙着数钱聊天，爱理不理的…

本来预定汤口镇的酒店、但交通堵塞、进不去、老板也要求我退、只能在周围的酒店预订了、为了看日出、早早的走了、没吃早餐！杭州市民都在黄山了！

房间设施挺齐全的 在山脚下很大的一个山庄 空气好夜晚安静 然而连不上wifi。。。早餐不敢恭维 正餐味道还可以 景区附近200多的酒店性价比也算高了

见过最悲剧的酒店，定滴两个房间门卡全部坏滴，要用钥匙打开，还不能给钥匙，每次开门要叫阿姨来开门，房间电视能看，但是调不了台，无线路由器也坏了，房间里面还有很多小虫子飞来飞去，想要换房间只有维修房无空调，边上是鸟不拉屎的地方，餐厅服务员态度很差，烧菜很一般，不会有下次入住了，旅行团安排了很多人入住，边上有条马路，晚上很吵，各种拖拉机汽车声，吵醒了，，悲剧悲剧太悲剧了啊

酒店环境不错，房间设施对得起价格。只是服务要改进，带小孩入住，刚刚1.20米，进景点都不要门票，但从进酒店开始，前台就提醒孩子早餐要半价，在接下来的时间内专门打电话至房间提醒孩子早餐要半价，第二天早晨吃饭所有服务员都提醒要半价。真是无语了，10元钱是小事，但不问我有无其他服务需求，屡次提醒早餐半价的事，让旅游的人心情很不好，反正下次不会住了。
