摘了牌的酒店还挂着维也纳酒店的招牌欺骗消费者，房间网络很差，总是掉线，一次性拖鞋也不放，矿泉水也没有，卫生差，隔音效果更差，对面房间的电视声音听的清清楚楚，洗浴的水龙头是坏的，天花板上都是发霉的痕迹，早餐纯属是摆设，一样粥 一样馒头，其他没有了。退房的时候服务态度极其恶劣，像是欠他们钱一样，出口恶俗，还指手画脚，住过这么多酒店，这样的也算是奇葩中的奇葩，还挺不配合解决问题，只负责推卸责任。。。。艺龙作为中国几大OTA之一，和这样的连锁酒店合作，也真是坍了艺龙的台。下次再也不会入住这样的酒店，不推荐。选择需谨慎。
