摘了牌的酒店还挂着维也纳酒店的招牌欺骗消费者，房间网络很差，总是掉线，一次性拖鞋也不放，矿泉水也没有，卫生差，隔音效果更差，对面房间的电视声音听的清清楚楚，中央空调是摆设，装个分体空调和拖拉机似的，吵了一晚上，艺龙作为中国几大OTA之一，竟然和假冒的连锁酒店合作，无语，选择需谨慎

房间地理位置好，去高铁站有直达公交，离汽车站步行即到，不过晚上偶尔能听到火车的声音。

我预付了118房费凌晨到酒店前台，被告知说价格太低了，他们不做这个单子，居然临时涨价？？？？如此黑店，然后我给艺龙电话投诉，然后就是互相扯皮，最终，最后酒店说叫2百押金先住了第二天再说，然后第二天一早，退房，又开始互相扯皮，没有办法，只得又打电话给艺龙投诉，到现在还没处理好，建议大家以后不要选择这家店，一点契约精神都没有，透着中国人市侩的劣根性。

管理混乱，是我住过维也纳中最差的一家，入住后发现前面住客用过的茶杯根本没有清洗，前一位客人留下的袜子也没有收掉，打电话给总台居然一直没有人接，房间内还有新装修的味道，不推荐。
