卫生还好装修还是差些，态度还行，但是当时并没有安排湖景房给我安朋友排的是山景房后来我跟酒店反映说是湖景房当时没有了所以才安排的山景房但是既然是这样价格为什么却没有变后来在前台理论的半天然后最后才按山景房的价格收的感觉他们在自己的管理方面还是有些问题如果当时我的朋友没有给我反映那他们当时肯定就按照湖景房的价格收了，其他的也一般，价格一般，服务也一般。

此酒店是休宁县最好的酒店。环境特别好，有山有湖，空气清鲜。酒店的硬件设施也是相当不错，价格也合理。服务还算不错，但有提高空间。很满意。

承诺到店无房则退首晚房费或免费升级，结果以非常滑稽的理由拒绝兑现承诺。
提前一周订了湖景房，入住后发现是山景房，问了前台，说是湖景房没有了，只能安排山景房，房价按山景房结（比湖景房低）。事后询问艺龙，艺龙称经向酒店了解，酒店已经给我们把房间升级了。。。。我们这才明白，原来湖景房调到山景房是升级了，原来高级别的房间比低级别的房间便宜。。。非常的无语。。。

环境五星,房间设施也还行,餐厅口味不错,价格也不低啊,早餐品种相对较少,估计安徽这边都只有中式早餐吧,这个天气苍蝇还是蛮多呀,希望能加强管理,出门在外,既想住得好,也需要吃得好呢
