心理不平衡，携程订的价格是580，同行的朋友让当地朋友订的价格是320，现场订的价格是500！！！价格也相差太大了，我们住一晚人家能住两晚！以后再也不会在携程订酒店！

酒店环境很好。入住的时候有一点小意外，酒店说预定被拒绝了，现场电话联系后，同程给解决了。虽然耽误了一些时间，总体还是满意的。后来来了一群携程预订的，也是同样问题，不知道最终怎么解决的。节假日涨价可以理解，但要是造成客人不便，那就不好了。房间很好，早餐也还行。室内的装修有点徽州特点，床头墙也装饰成老宅子大门的样子，有点意思

酒店不错，环境很好，虽然有些小摩擦，但大堂经理很有魅力，很快协助解决了，真有种以服务取胜的感觉，建议去齐云山的朋友可以订这家酒店，不会让你失望的

因为是从网上订的，酒店给的房间较差，二楼，湖景房只看到一堆树，还跟餐厅在一层，一股菜味。一楼大厅有人办婚礼，结束后就听到拖椅子桌子声音，一直到11点半。
