虽说是四星酒店，但是酒店硬件还是不如的，除了服务不满意，其它我也不会介意，毕竟是在山区，不能有太多要求！可是服务前台太差了好嘛！没有看到一个人有笑脸，好歹也是四星，如果不是艺龙搜不出汤口的酒店，我想我不会选的！下次便宜我也不会住，因为服务如果不好我是不会远的，花钱买不高兴我不愿意！请加强前台服务好嘛！都是坐着干活服务能好吗？态度能好吗？顾客才是你们的父母好嘛！

酒店依山而建，对面就是汤口老街，不远处就是南门换乘中心和黄山南大门，地理位置优越，自驾游居住的首选地。酒店服务很好，车辆接送也很热情周到。酒店里的设计也比较有特色，房间整洁安静。早餐品种比较丰富，值得前往。
