在中瑞华艺住了两晚，酒店很干净，房间很大，很舒服。第二晚给我们免费升级豪华房，以后来黄山还会住。

酒店停车服务不错，服务人员会主动拿行李，前台也还可以，会登记询问每位去登山的客人，第二天送到南大门。并且会送上登山吃的零食和水，很温馨周到
到处是湿味和霉味，但山区也正常，推荐7楼的大床房，房间内有阳台，早晨醒来可以看见云雾缭绕着俊山，感觉还不错，7楼的外面有大露台，因为长期开着所以此楼层霉味少了很多
感觉不足的是需要服务时，大堂总机有一两个服务人员语气生硬，隔音稍差，床有点硬
总体来说还不错，下次还会选择前来！

可能是节省能源的问题 我们此次在安徽黄山住的两家酒店都是大堂没有开空调供暖 对于我们北方人来说觉得不太习惯 但房间里还是很暖和的 房间的设施也还是不错的 早餐也挺丰富 淡季的时候是按份上的 包子 鸡蛋 馒头 粥 下饭小菜 几乎该有的都有了

酒店位置不错，离黄山南大门不远，那个价格和城里相同价格的酒店比条件要差些。在景区还是算过得去。够不上四星。
