很久没有住过这么差的酒店了。因为塞车我们已经是很晚才到酒店，感受到酒店陈旧霉味和臭味，装修和设备是多年以前的。儿子冲完凉才发现酒店里面连起码的吹风设备都没有，等我去前台找吹风设备，前台说客服部解决。然后客房部的阿姨，给我的答复是，这一间房的吹风筒刚刚坏了，那我们半夜才到店，那坏了的吹风筒，难道一整天都没有时间去进行更换吗？客房阿姨给出的解决方案竟然是让我们去敲其他团友的房门借用。酒店居然没有备用设备，而是让客人半夜一点多去麻烦其他客人，真是无盐已对！

或许这是华山脚下最好的酒店。但是!空调不管用，开了一夜温度也没降下来，去的时候是最热的时候，等于没空调。而且设施不怎么好，尤其是杯被子，睡起来，感觉像睡在草上，好拉皮肤，睡觉穿长袖长裤的，不然心里感觉过不去。毛巾特别脏，感觉根本都没洗过，不敢用，也没用，太脏了。不值酒店的价，也许那种私人的民宿都比这个要好些。

酒店离玉泉院不到100米。北峰登山道入口。离游客中心还有一段距离，适合直接登山的驴友
