先说说好的，服务态度不错，一到酒店就详细告诉了游华山的几种线路，很清晰。餐厅的饭菜一般，在整个一条街上算不错的了。
再说说不好的，当时看的是最受欢迎第一名，有点名不副实了。我们下午逛完华山回酒店，5点多的时候洗澡，水不是很热，这点是印象最不好的。

服务热情、周到。自行登山入口就在酒店附近。去售票中心的免费班车在对面停车场，很方便。酒店停车场也很大。有餐厅。
