服务极差，说所有都是酒店领导安排，推脱！送外卖人员也不能服务生随同上来，只为了省事儿而已！给客人造成极大的不便！一人下去取东西一人在房间黑着灯等着！住过全国各地的酒店从没听说过这样的要求！差评！服务态度也差评！酒店领导这个借口也是牛*了！酒店领导你比习近平牛*！

酒店门口修地铁走错口了，联系了酒店给指导找到了酒店地库，住酒店23层以上每天给一张24小时停车券，23层以下没有停车券，停车4元一小时，30封顶，也算合理，去大召小召可建议滴滴去，很方便，五塔对面有个火锅小店太地道了！

房间有烟味，想换房，都已经住满，这个可以理解。答应做无烟化处理，服务员过来把窗户打开，把烟灰缸拿走说这就是无烟 化处理，并且说还可以喷一些空气清新剂。我也不懂就拒绝了。
浴室排气扇是坏的，风筒是坏的，也懒惰没有通知前台处理。浴缸台面裂缝较大，长。
团队旅客居多。

总体来说，性价比中等，位置优越，在海亮广场，要换安静房间，交通便利，房间可以，居住条件还算满意，早餐差，下面广场热闹。
