酒店不错，但艺龙客服不行，明明当时有返现，可能当时忘记选返现按钮了，事后打电话讨要，一个电话客服说帮助处理，还让我给了个好评，但事后根本没有消息，后来再次打电话，客服硬说没有返现，而且态度不好，明明单早平时都卖300多，我408订的怎么能没有返现，由于客户无法查历史页面，无法提供证明，但是艺龙清楚当时的有返现就是不提供，这样靠信息不对称，靠依靠客户忘记选择返现失误来欺客不是一个有作为公司的服务理念

酒店位置较好，在市中心，但是大堂服务人员态度不好，说话语气生硬，总是嫌东嫌西的，卫生设施最糟糕，毛巾是消毒，看不出白色了
