极度恶劣。到店说艺龙没有通知前台有预定信息。意思就是我交了钱无法入住。前台那个工作人员像什么都不知道一样。说话很费劲。给艺龙打了电话以后艺龙让我稍等。我听到他们在交流，服务员又说没有房间了。只有豪华和无窗的。艺龙让升级。服务员不肯。最后艺龙说那就无窗的吧。我预定的时候很清晰的没有看到无窗的这个信息。结果艺龙让我再看一次。发现写了无窗了。我还能说什么？无窗的房间就是阁楼！！178元！可以的！

不错，房间大，设施好！满意！床很大！面积大，通凤好！
不足：无wifi，且结帐时酒店与艺龙沟通不够，要再收房钱，与艺龙网联系后，才得以全额退押金！
