前台没有服务意识，入住当时给我一间边角房间，下楼说明不要边角的，前台告知现在没有，可以加价换到别的楼层，但是需要两点以后，同意加价等待，并沟通好提前帮我把房间安排妥当，我需要出去一趟，约定5点回来直接入住，等5点回到酒店还是给了我一间边角房间，拖着行李再次下楼重新沟通，前台说：我想让你上去看看行不行，不行再换，我无言以对。前台袁姓小姐理解能力有待提高。中央空调温度无法提高，房间内虽说不冷，但绝对不暖和，打电话至前台无任何改善，晚间结束会议希望一个澡休息，可惜没有热水，再次与前台沟通回复放一放就有，放了十分钟依旧是冰凉的水。

酒店没有暖气使用中央空调定时供暖，房间温度18-9℃，最高22-3℃，洗澡水忽冷忽热不受控制，经常无法洗澡！房间光线昏暗！早餐20元，只有三种萝卜咸菜！而且四天无变化！性价比拖地！
服务还可以，位置也不错。
