设施还是挺不错的！因为是住的特惠房，所以就把我们安排在了顶楼，顶楼的话有个天窗，夏天还是不错的，但是这几天明显就有点冷了，关键是窗户都关不上，卫生方面，地上有明显的水渍。因为实在受不了冷冻，去找前台要求换个房间，态度也不是很好！最后只是在同一楼层换了一个天窗可以关上的房间！空调也是不理想，一直在吹冷风！最重要的一点！早上退房的时候签单是159的房价。而我在网上订的时候，是178。满满的套路！！！反正以后是不会去了！

一进大厅感觉特别温馨，前台服务态度很好，订的普通大床但是一家三口有点挤，前台给我们免费升级的豪华的房间。房间里面设施很好可能之后维修过给小孩洗澡的时候十几秒就出热水了感觉很棒。没过多久服务员阿姨给我们送来了姜汤很温馨，像回到了自己家一样。酒店位置也很好理阿尔泰游乐园很近，周边小吃和大餐都很多，很愉快的一次入住下次一定还会来的，祝生意兴隆。
