总体来说酒店真的还不错，各方面都很好，但是退房时由于一早航班，赶飞机，出来时将外套落在酒店，出了酒店想起外套没拿让前台小哥帮忙找，查房的也是一个男的，并不是打扫卫生阿姨，并两次和前台小哥确认，都告诉没有东西落在房间，只好赶飞机，等到到了目的地，在给酒店打电话，已经是酒店前台妹妹了，最后经确认的确在房间找到外套，最终快递寄回，感谢那个不知名的前台妹妹，我想说的是，这么一个很正规的酒店，查房如此大意，就算该层阿姨没有上班也不该如此随意的不负责任的查房。这点很失望！倒不是在乎快递费有多少，最起码在这方面给该酒店减了不少分。
