当天订单出单成功后赶上飞机，结果晚上八点半落地竟然告诉我定的房型没有了！要么换双床的，要么换酒店！最后只得换了三个同等价位的双床房，床很窄。官方没有任何说法，客服在我极端不满意的情况下口头道歉。由于公务出差没时间多计较，但本次体验较差！
