投资客在万科购买的酒店式公寓，托管出租类型。酒店服务尚可，但该地万科物业管理较差，车辆出入经常堵车，堵车时间可长达20分钟左右。所属海滩海床非常平缓，沙质细腻，安全性较高，但是海滩卫生差，垃圾多，尤其是白色垃圾，海滩随意卖小吃，海水夹杂着淤泥泛着黑夹着腥臭味。另外小区配套的商铺服务非常糟糕，买了一份粥，那粥的米都还是生的。双月湾所属的平海镇给人整体感觉是收钱快，办事差，没有服务意识。

和朋友去玩了一天 从惠东去到那里是真的交通非常不方便 建议自驾 一进房间风景视野都挺好 但是！一低头发现床边有一只小强！！ 进门味道也不好 总归来说已经不错了 周围环境还可以 离沙滩很近 但是买东西特别贵 可以叫外卖 但是店家很少 送的挺快的
