环境挺好的，舒服干净。从阳台往外面看，风景很美。刚刚遇上整个园区停水供应，老板给我们打水用，水不多，够洗脸和冲厕所。

值得肯定的是，公寓位置不错，但并不是酒店，就是双月湾小区住宅楼。位置五分纯粹是给双月湾小区的，小区环境确实不错，但好的不是这家公寓，小区内还有其他很多类似的公寓。房间内配套也还可以，但是卫生条件比较差。价格感觉被坑了，提前约一个月预定并交了不能退的保证金，但是到店才发现当天订房或直接到店要房价格竟然便宜了接近一百元，预定反而吃亏。最后，店员服务态度相当恶劣，尤其是其中一位男店员。十二点到店，被告知房间还没清理，要一点钟才能入住。出去兜了一圈一点钟回店，依然被告知房间还没清理，跟前台女店员沟通是否可以先把行李放房间，该男店员态度恶劣地拒绝，还威胁不办理入住给我们，硬说是起码两三点才能办理入住去房间。与其争论十二点到店时店员告知一点可入住，还硬说绝对没有的事。于是问该店员那几点能入住，总不能让我拖着行李在小区瞎逛吧，该傲娇的男店员竟然说不知道，什么时候房间收拾好了就能入住，但不可能现在跟我说几点钟能入住。最后前台

国庆一千多订的两房一厅，和父母女友一起入住，毛巾只有两套，四个人。多要一套要花10块钱。实在是有点吃瘪的感觉
