酒店绿化不错，入门设计还可以，温泉就算了，15个小池子，没什么特色，如果只是酒店，酒店室内标准不够，室外景色还行不够细致，入住服务很好、但退房停车感觉很差，态度也不好、下次不会再去。

全家人一起来度假的！环境挺不错的～出入口很霸气！前台船坞造型很漂亮！东坡馆吃了一顿饭也挺不错的！温泉也不错，虽然每个池都不是很大，但是早上一早9:30一开门就去泡第一池水的话很安静很舒服！总体环境不错，最可惜是树木太多，一进房间就被小强在床上爬了一圈…看别人的评价也是虫子多“小动物”多…有洁癖的要慎选要不要住标准房！房间相对也比较旧，但环境真的加分很多！总体爸爸妈妈都玩得很开心！

先说好的：环境很好，无论入住大堂，湖景，山景，温泉景都没得说，房间的设施都很好，从门卫到接待到客房服务员工，态度笑容都很好。说不好的了，房间的热水、听说是温泉水要开十几二十分钟才有热水。可是我用过，晚上我8点之后热水随传随到，可8点前，管你开半个小时都别想有热水，这让我严重怀疑到这里是否真的有温泉。其次就早餐，跟本没啥吃，和酒店价格不配套。另外就是价格太贵，不太值
