酒店服务人员耐心有礼，细致周到。因天气寒冷，在客人到来前已将房间暖气打开，一进门就感觉温暖。因树多房少，又是山脚，空气真好，吃得也满意，一直喜欢来这儿！

差！极差！！不知道网上的好评是不是拿钱买到。房间扑鼻的霉味不说，连墙纸都是发霉的。办理等记到退房一共40分钟不到，实在住不下去了……明显发现艺龙已不是以前的艺龙喽…

空气和环境确实没得说，非常好！就是客房有点旧，而且设施比较古老，毕竟开了这么多年，，而且入住还送了水果盘和当天报纸，晚餐和早餐都在酒店中吃，餐厅的出品和服务员的服务水平还不错，值得称赞，但是去到温泉区时就感觉到温泉池相对来说种类还是偏少，就是服务非常好，一直有服务员来倒水你喝，而且提供不低于三种的饮料选择，干净的毛巾也是源源不断的提供。
