汤泉水质不错，确是温泉。标间设施一般，旺季住房只含一次温泉。早餐在东坡馆，环境挺好。酒店正在施工，可供活动区域少，比较吵，别的还算中规中矩。

以前来过几次，感觉不错，所以这次带父母过来度假。入住几天更获得意外惊喜和特别礼仪。入住期间刚好遇上我和父亲的生日，酒店方面为我们安排了很多小礼物，并给房间布置的很温馨，餐厅里还为老人家准备了寿桃包和送上特制的生日果盘，服务员们热情洋溢的问候及无微不至的服务和关怀实在让人感动和温暖。我父母长期在外，也入住过很多的国际品牌酒店，老人家说从来没有遇到过如此好的服务，他们说有机会一定要再回来住上一段时间。在这里到处都是那种彬彬有礼的微笑和问好，真的让人有家的感觉。在此感谢度假村的全体员工，让我们有一个非常愉快的假期。愿中信汤泉成为人们休闲度假的理想家园。
