酒店位于森林公园内，酒店建筑散落在小溪边，房间不太多，环境不错，房间也很好，只是卫生间设计一般！酒店的餐厅也不错，个人认为平日价不错！

年初六入住，两家人订了两间房共4千元，先说酒店的服务，人家帮提行李的，可我们要自己提，也算了，房间厕所门是坏的，小姑的房间更惨，房子底下有电热泵，整个晚上听到噪声，房间像开了暖气一样，热死了。还有看着别的客户有礼品送，我们就回复说迟了一天订房，没有了。2千元住一个晚上，服务，质量啥都没有，一点都不值。在外面住个五星级酒店，不知道有多高级的享受了

位于一个山谷中，进山的路比较窄开的慢，进入南昆山的时候还按人头收费24元，过年还8折了。酒店很有特色，山景也很美，但房间的水没有硫磺味。

又说走就走，这次是南昆山十字水泡温泉，还带三个娃。环境服务硬件都很好，竹海山溪阳台的温泉都可圈可点。狠狠心住了春芽大房，夏天可住住河边农舍。只是进山路有点曲折，带着几娃去，要加床加被子还要升级更大房有点小贵……吃饭也贵[酷]退房有点慢。
