这家酒店之前同事结婚来过，周边环境好，在市区有这样的环境实在难得，但除了这个优势，其他再无亮点，首先是前台服务，停留在一般旅馆的水平，语言生硬，入住的规则随意定，令人感觉很不爽。再一个就是房间卫生，一上来看到房间地板一滩水，还没收拾好就让客人入住。然后就是卫生间根本没有擦拭，粘乎乎的，感觉很脏。最后，晚上睡觉蚊子咬得你怀疑人生！或许是这里绿树成荫的原因？应该不会再次入住了

1走廊地毯霉味很重；2安排我们住537房，窗户对着空调风机，噪音极大，根本无法入睡，零晨1:30要求换房，极为狼狈，更令人生气的是前台人员要求我们下去大堂拿更换后房卡，被我大骂之后才将房卡送上来，整个住房体验非常糟糕，服务人员明知该房噪音非常大的前提下仍安排客人入住，丝毫没有考虑客户感受

较老的酒店，拿现在的标准，硬件和服务都不能算五星级，四星级吧。地板是木底板，被褥旧，不柔软。枕头也没得选。不过该酒店位置居市中心附近，政府，体育中心，商业中心，CBD,均距此不远，西湖景区也一江之隔。

环境不错👍就是有个房间的镜子有点多，给人感觉不舒服。两人一起订的房，一个在六楼一个在三楼。有点不方便
