不满意：空调噪音大，关键是这么热的天竟然还不开中央空调！打电话给客房服务（……），一开始还骗我说空调坏了，要找师傅修！后来说修不了给房间送个空调扇，第一次住酒店遇到有用空调扇的。别墅是独立空调，住宿费贵就有，主楼客房便宜就没有，提醒老板生意不能这样做，怪不得住客少！当时真的很火大，要求换房，客房服务说她们不管，要找前台。电话给前台，来了个男的服务经理，态度很诚恳，又是道歉又是解释的，搞得我们倒是不太好意思了！最后换到另外一间房，在空调与空调扇的剧烈噪音中度过了糟糕的一晚！（碰到好像一个剧组在拍戏，一堆人楼道里面抽烟，设备在楼道里面乱放，出电梯就提醒我们静音，被吓一跳！旁边无酒店人员无提示）

环境挺好的，有小孩游乐设施玩，玩得很开心，其他地方都没时间逛，感觉里面很大。酒店房间也好像给我升级了？是木地板。洗手间的装修也很上档次、干净。还有一大瓶农夫山泉送。性价比很高，推荐！
