1.设施陈旧，换新装点的房间要加钱，让人感觉不舒服。
2.这是381的房间，床头没有插座，要个插板线也不够长，只能从电视机排插上分接；
3.电视小，不清晰，摇控还按不动，烦燥；
4.早餐很一般，种类少
5.位置好店里生意不错，所以基本谈不上什么服务

酒店地理位置不错，离惠州西湖不远，周边许多吃的（对面有肯德基）；艺龙网预定的，价格比不错（国庆期间），因为有事推后一天，客服很快很耐心帮忙解决推后手续，而且酒店办理入住手续特快，超赞！房间装修高档豪华，挺新的，而且干净卫生，浴缸和淋浴分开，设计合理，床和枕头都很舒适，有四个枕头可以选择，软硬适中，房间全触摸智能化控制，液晶电视超大清晰，五星的感觉，温馨，居家出行好选择，好评！

网上对比了下性价比最高的豪华型酒店，虽然硬件有点老旧，但是房间装修挺新的，科技感十足，智能系统控制灯光电视空调，面积有点小，不过感觉很温馨，儿子老婆都说满意，大浴缸挺爽的，附近有很多好吃的，很方便，酒店还有游泳池健身房，停车位
