1、开车到地下二层，有门禁，按了呼叫管理中心，半天无人响应，打了酒店前台电话，才有人下来开门。
2、电梯厅、楼层走廊均无空调，很热。
3、房间地上好多烟头烧的黑印，房间卫生条件差，地上很多卷毛。
4、停车不免费！住酒店，停车不免费！！！
