前台一个女孩子服务态度很差，多住了两晚，住前就问她们要不要我在往上定，因为价格不一样，回重说不用，会按网上价格算，结果收了钱单子也不开，退房的时候果然如我预料的一样扯皮，26块钱是小事，我可以报销，但这样的态度很可恨，还发脾气，如果你是男人我想扁你……
